Plates Family Travel Game Privacy Policy

Introduction
Ebry Dobby, LLC ("Ebry Dobby", "we", "our", or "us") built Plates Family Travel Game ("Plates" or "the App") as a freemium application. The App is provided by Ebry Dobby, LLC at no cost to download, with optional in-app purchases, and is intended for use as is.
We understand how important privacy is to you and your family. We are committed to creating a safe and secure environment that family members of all ages can enjoy.

Location Services
Plates requests permission to access location-based information from your mobile device while you are using the App.
If you grant Plates permission to use your device's location services, Plates records the date and your current location each time you mark a license plate as being found. These recorded locations are used to plot your trip in the App's map features.

- Never transmitted to Ebry Dobby
- Never sold or shared with third parties
You may change or revoke Plates' access to your device's location services at any time through your device settings.
Your Privacy Matters
Unlike many modern applications, Plates does not require you to create an account.
Ebry Dobby does not maintain servers that store:
- Your trips
- Your location history
- Your license plate collections
- Your personal travel data
Everything you record while using Plates remains on your device unless you choose to share it yourself.
We believe your family's road trips belong to your family—not to us.
In-App Purchases
Plates may offer optional In-App Purchases (IAPs). Purchases are processed through the applicable app store, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Ebry Dobby does not receive or store your credit card information, payment information, or financial account information. Purchases are governed by the terms and conditions of the applicable app store.
Advertising
The free version of Plates may display advertisements provided through Google AdMob.
Ebry Dobby is not responsible for the content of advertisements displayed by AdMob. When you tap an advertisement, you may be directed to an external website that is not operated by Ebry Dobby. Ebry Dobby has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites.
If information is collected by third-party advertising services, Plates does not use or receive that information except as provided by those services under their own terms and privacy policies.

Third-Party Services
Plates may use third-party services that collect information according to their own privacy policies. These services may include:

The App includes an option to launch your device's default email application so you can contact Ebry Dobby with questions or support requests.
Any information collected by your email provider is governed by that provider's privacy policy. Ebry Dobby only receives the information you choose to include in your email.
Children's Privacy
Plates is designed to be enjoyed by families of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can address the situation.
Data Deletion
Because your trip history, location records, and collections are stored locally on your device, you remain in control of your data.
- Uninstalling the application, or
- Clearing the application's local storage using your device settings, where supported.
Ebry Dobby cannot delete information stored only on your device because we never receive or store it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page. Changes are effective after they are posted. You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of Plates after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
